Cozy Trailer Court and Apartments

Very safe and great place to live, the management and owners are very kind and accommodating to tenants. Really made me feel like they cared and I would highly recommend due to the affordability and convenience

This spot isn't for the faint of heart. You have to be one tough individual or just have no fear to take a stroll down the 2 roads/driveways they have. Could be a better place if it was taken care of , rundown a bit, and yet folks still reside there. To each its own , I know a few people at the Cozy.

Place is trash there is nothing cozy about it. It's affordable but you got to deal with 70-80 cats in this small place so it stinks. There's about 10 homeless people that also occupy the park 24/7 they trailer hop they seem friendly but they will break into your place and kick back in your pad while your at work eat you food and take whatever as they please so beware. Other then that its affordable.
