CR Coffee Shop

I went for my first time today. The barista (so sorry I didn't catch their name) was so helpful. They helped me pick a drink based on my preferences. They offered suggestions that they thought I might like as they were aware I had never been before. They also said I could add more simple or vanilla syrup if I thought it needed it. It was a great experience based on their service. I'll definitely be back for sure.

The CR coffee shop is GREAT!! They are committed to using local sources whenever possible. They grow their products locally. AND the coffee is really good!!! I posted a look at their menu board. They have a seating area. It is clean. The barista was so friendly and knowledgeable. Give them a try. I really enjoyed my visit to CR coffee.

If you haven’t been to coast roast (CR), you should give it a try if you appreciate high quality coffee or even if you just want a relaxing clean space to decompress. I had the medium roast drip coffee, and it’s definitely a good roast. I would also appreciate it if they had more light and medium roast beans to choose from for pourovers. It’s true that this is not a restaurant. I wouldn’t come here looking for food. But that’s kind of the point. This is a real coffee shop, not a fast food joint run by baristas (like PJs, Starbucks, CCs, etc). CR has a classic, true coffee shop feel and product array.

Not a huge fan of the Matcha latte here. I mostly tasted almond milk. The drink was very watered down with no good macho flavor found. Not sure if I would come back.

The longest wait ever for hot tea. At least 15 minutes to pour hot water in a cup. The lady working the counter today must have had no idea what she was doing. There were only two people in there when I arrived. After waiting 10 minutes in line people kept coming in and walking out because this barista was taking so long. The tea is good but they need to improve their service.
