Unfortunately they get a 2/5 today. Thursday at 7:30pm. Tried to enjoy the food, but the cobwebs above me and the dust bunnies on the wall killed it for me. See photos. Bad service too. Isabella? Our waitress was cut as soon as she got our drinks and then we had no particular server for the rest of the meal. Normally this place is great, but they REALLY need to clean the walls.
Nice enough inside, staff was friendly and helpful. The food was alright, not amazing and memorable but also just fine and not bad. The fries were fine, my wife and kid didn't love them though. I thought the sweet potato ones tasted better. The kids butter noddles needed salt and we're as boring as kids butter noodles usually are. I would go back if we were nearby.
Nice place to eat dinner. They have tables and booths and can accommodate large parties. There is also a bar area with seating. We had four in our party and everyone thought their food was good. Chicken with capers, peel and eat shrimp and a salad, all good. The “folded corn” was really good. We all shared the fudge brownie sundae. It was delicious! I don’t think you can go wrong eating here. Service was excellent. We will be back.
I saw the ratings and saw the ratings, so I wanted to give it a try. We drove 25 minutes but, unfortunately, it was okay. Nothing over the top and nothing bad. I had a tavern burger and wife had Tuscan chicken. Order was mixed up but that wasn’t a big deal. Burger was fresh and a decent cook. Overall, nice local place but not to go out and seek it. UPDATE FOR IMPROVEMENT: Your establishment is good for the local crowd. In order to drive business, I would come up with some signature dishes that I could ONLY get from you that you knock out of the park. However, your current menu can be had, probably, in any town USA. Does that make sense?
My 1st visit here. Busy lunch hour on a Friday, the day after Thanksgiving! However we were seated immediately. Thr variety offered is enough to please anyone. Salads, entrees, specials, sandwiches, desserts made in house include seasonal specialities. Nice ambience with spacious seating. I was really impressed with how fast our good came out once ordered. Sweet potato fries and regular fries all crispy! Our meals included the Cuban sandwich, chicken salad crossiant sandwich, the gyro and clam chowder pleased all our palates! Excellent place. Outdoor seating.
