Crabby's On The Lakefront

We have eaten at sister restaurants on the Gulf Coast but this was our first visit to the restaurant in St Cloud. We went on a Tuesday lunchtime at 2pm so not surprisingly it wasn’t particularly busy. Slightly too cold to sit outside but you still get a decent view of the boats and lake from the inside. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Had a high table away from the window but still had a good outlook. Large menu to choose from and a few seasonal choices too. We ordered drinks and an appetiser of calamari whilst deciding on our main dishes. Calamari was cooked perfectly - nice and crispy and soft inside. For our main course we chose to share a portions of coconut shrimp and the crab stuffed flounder. Both came with a choice of 2 sides. The flounder was cooked great and tasted ver

Crabby's is an amazing restaurant which sit's right on the doc as nd just a few feet from the river! The menu is awesome weather you eat meat or not, there is something on the menu for you every taste bud! The waitress are great, very friendly and fast and attentive. You owe it to yourself to feast at Crabby's on the Lake and tell them Woody and Sylvia sent you!!! Dine inside or outside on the dock!

We were just passing by and found this great place. Nice location with an exterior deck waterfront view. The food was pretty good too. Nice job!

Went twice while we were staying in St. Cloud. The baked oysters were so painfully small and overcooked, they looked like canned smoked oysters baked under some cheese. The second visit we decided just to get some crab dip and the chips were stale. I would like to say the drinks were the saving grace, but that would also be a lie. The service was good enough, but unfortunately the products were seriously lacking.

my family and i were on our way back to our air bnb (about an hour and a half drive) and we wanted to try a sit down seafood restaurant on our trip before we left. the place was about halfway and the other place we wanted to try was all booked up. we made reservations so we were seated right away. our waitress was super kind and very good, but the wait time for food was almost an hour. they were accommodating for my brother (putting his shrimp for his nachos on the side). my crab cakes and sides were delicious, as well as my boyfriend's crab legs. my dad got a fish that was not very good at all though. it was so over cooked he had to use a knife and fork to cut through it, like the consistency of chicken. i would say to go here when you know you have time to spare just in case.
