BEWARE ! - Would you eat this ?? First let me say that this location had earned a negative reputation from many in this area, but had improved somewhat over the last year or so. In fact, my wife and I had become regular visitors of this location and even placed frequent online delivery orders. However, on this night we would regret the visit and felt we were targeted by a vindictive kitchen staff and server who wanted to send a message. Once our food arrived the issue began. The country fried steak I ordered was under cooked, with almost no batter on the steak. One of my wife’s sides was turnip greens that were cold and just didn’t taste like they usually do. I agreed after tasting them myself. We asked our server for replacements for the steak and requested pinto beans in place of the tur

We had no power fir 3 days . Zero negative temperatures. When we got pulled out of our driveway. Cracker Barrel was open. A beauty in my site. I bought a beautiful cathart jacket you know for women for $44.00's. Then I bought 2 sweat sharks for $16.00 all 60 % off. A cross necklace; 2 bracelets. The secret go straight to clearance. Our server ANNA.. Was except. Can't go wrong with hot coffee and mama's pancake breakfast 😋 We left Hendersonville which was iceaggedon 2926. Never have I experienced such a storm. I'm grateful to our 1st responders and workers who could make it and live where God is prevalent. Thank you Father God that was born with electricity!

Service - while friendly - was slow. We requested cornbread muffins. They took a long time to come out. We were told they just came out of the oven as a reason for the delay. Based on them being room temperature, I'll have to disagree. I ordered the grilled rainbow trout with green beans and broccoli. The green beans were bad. My husband ordered the fish fry with hashbrown casserole and fried okra. The hashbrown casserole was room temperature. His okra didn't show up until we were both done with our meal and getting ready to leave. This chain continues to disappoint.

The Cracker Barrell chains downward spiral continues as per our experience here. Nice area, nice atmosphere & Mandy at the hostess stand did a good job. Food arrived late, the corn muffins cold despite being delivered late because they were "just out of the oven" & my okra arrived 15 min after our meal. Horrible experience.

I placed a pickup order and when I checked my bag I noticed something missing. I checked the bag and the receipt just said out. No one communicated while I was in the store. Then I had to go back in for a refund and they acted like I was wrong for not just wanting a new side. Very frustrating. Additionally, update the site to say items are out so people aren’t driving out of their way for items they don’t have. The steak was incredibly bland and the hash browns were cold and stiff. Terrible experience…and they don’t answer the phone.
