Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Excellent We went a thursday at 7 am, it was open and with a lot of tables free. I ordered the combo with 2 eggs, sausage, bacon, ham and 2 french toast with honey and a english tea with creme. And apples with cinnamon. Everything was very tasty and for a good prices. I recommend here

This was my first time at a cracker barrel. The staff were nice, but the food was not great. I'm not sure if it's something with the water but everything had an off taste. The biscuits and steamed broccoli were ok, and my mother seemed to enjoy her burger. She did, however find a bad tomato in her salad. Besides the biscuits and broccoli, everything else I got was dry. I got the turnip greens and it was very dry and it just tasted off, like I mentioned, perhaps it is something to do with the water. Even though the broccoli was decent, it also had this weird flavor to it. I got the meatloaf, and it was kinda dry so I doused it in ketchup. I almost got halfway through and noticed it had two different shades of meat color in the middle, a pinkish tinge and a greyish-greenish tinge, and I lost

Even tho they were busy they were well staffed and wait was minimum. If you haven’t tried the country fried turkey with turkey gravy then u MUST if u like turkey. It is amazingly delicious! It is a seasonal so grab it before Dec 23- u will thank me later! Also Christmas decor was discounted! Love Cracker Barrel!

We come here often enough that our expectations are minimal. The food is good…if you ever get it. Long waits are the norm, even before the rush. The staff are friendly enough, but they don’t really have a sense for table service that warrants gratuity. My consistent experience here is that meals are served separately, sides are forgotten, and I am parched throughout the entire visit. If it were up to me alone, we would never dine in here again. May as well order take-out; at least that way, everyone can eat at the same time.

We dry camped in their parking area. The next morning we ordered takeout. The food was good but definitely not as good as in the restaurant. The order took longer than what was said but the cashier did her best to get it out to me. If you order eggs, I recommend scrambled. The bacon if ordered crisp breaks up into pieces. Plenty of parking.
