Crazy Bowls and Wraps

We ordered four entrees online for carry out. When we got home and opened the containers one had an earwig in it and another had a toothpick. I called the store and asked for a refund which they said would have to be approved by the regional manager. I asked that the regional manager call me to provide a refund. He did not. I called again and left him a message but he never responded.

I love Crazy Bowls and Wraps, but everytime I got to the location on olive near 141, the quality is just not the same.

I’m so sad to write this review. We used to eat here at least once a week and loved it. As of late any time that we’ve ordered the quality is no where near as good as it used to be. Particularly the chicken is not good almost every time; it tastes bland, chewy and dry. I hope they fix it because we love having a healthy drive thru in the area!! 🙏🏼

I ordered two sides of beans and rice and two bean rolls. The bean rolls were not cooked through and the sides of beans and rice were smaller than previous orders. When I inquired as to why I was told that they were told to cut down on the portions. As it happens everywhere, the customer pays the same if not more and the restaurant cuts back. This used to be one of my favorite places to go, but not anymore. I would encourage everyone to go someplace that wants their business because this place obviously doesn’t.

I really enjoyed my meal the “Power Bowl” with Salmon and a Crunchy Chicken Bites side. Lucky’s customer service was awesome. This is a fairly new location and the food was great, it was peaceful, and clean.
