Crazy Cows Ice Cream

I had a great experience in Crazy cows ice cream shop. The chocolate fudge brownie gelato was so delicious! You can get some samples before you choose a flavour for your ice cream. They use organic milk and I just loved the cow concept and design of the store. There are few tables inside of the store. The owner, Sahi was nice and served a great ice cream! I guess pets are generally not allowed inside but she was being nice having my pet shortly for take-out!. I recommend this local ice cream place in White Rock.

Love Crazy Cows! The ice cream is always super fresh and as a person with Celiac almost all the flavours are gluten free except for the occasional birthday cake or cookies n cream. They even have gluten free cones! They may look worn down from the outside but they’re always super nice and I love meeting Jeevan everytime I go, plus she always remembers my ice cream order. Overall, super amazing place with great service and ice cream!

We just had a very pleasant experience at Crazy Cows ice cream shop on the front at Whiterock B.C.! There are plenty of flavors to choose from and the ice cream is made in house! Organic and delicious! The owners are very friendly and gave us a free sample of the flavor that they had just made as well. Go support this hard working couple and enjoy some fabulous ice cream ! Their matcha ice cream is terrible with large clumps of powder in the ice cream. Additionally there is this large clump of ice in the ice cream which I think is a horrible sign for any ice cream shop let alone the number one rated ice cream shop in white rock. I am giving this 2 stars as I had tried their other flavours before and it was decent. I use to love going to crazy cows for ice cream however, I recently discovered that there is no option to not tip which I don’t think is right. I understand tipping however when there is no option to not add a tip it seems wrong. Regarding the service there was only one worker that was scooping ice cream and it took forever with a long line forming to get our ice creams. I had high expectations for Crazy Cows, but unfortunately the food was cold and not very tasty. With better temperature control and improved seasoning, this place could be much better. Hopefully they take customer feedback seriously.
