Creole Bagelry and Café

The fruit was so rotten, it was brown. My $17 bagel had very minimal cream cheese as well. I had to go back in to say something because it was a to go order. I was offered a different side to substitute the fruit, but if I had gotten home and saw it, that wouldn’t have been an option. I waited 10 minutes for a new side and just ended up walking out without it. By that time, my frozen coffee was completely melted. My husband ended up going back in because I was just over it. We did get what we asked for, but it just isn’t worth it.This is my 2nd time here with a really awful experience. I won’t be back and can’t recommend them.

Mixed experience at Creole Bagelry and Café. I ordered the "Big E" Omelette, which was large, fluffy, and very delicious—I'd give it four stars on its own! Unfortunately, everyone else at the table was disappointed with their meals. My wife’s quiche wasn’t thoroughly cooked and had to be sent back. Our friend’s shrimp and grits were drowned in a sauce that tasted too much like Worcestershire sauce, making it hard to enjoy. The toast was fluffy and good, but the coffee was weak and not to my taste. We didn’t get to try the bagels, so maybe those would’ve been the redeeming factor. Overall, it was a hit or miss.

First visit. My daughters treated me for my Birthday. My favorite was the Praline Waffle. So much to choose from so I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu. Friendly service. Nice atmosphere.
