Crescent Cafe

I've had some bad museum food in my life but this takes the cake. My burger was, and I'm not joking, about 3in thick and disgusting. I'm 99 percent sure they took an old Salisbury steak, microwaved it, and threw it on a bun. It didn't taste like a burger at all. I had to halfway eat it with a fork, and force myself to keep it down. The flatbread was equally bad - mostly shredded cheese. I've eaten all over the world and this is the worst food I've had in my entire life...

While visiting the SC State Museum, I ate lunch at the Crescent Cafe. I ordered a flatbread pizza which was absolutely delicious and crunchy. It was the best flatbread pizza I’ve ever had. Staff was friendly and professional and the wait was short even on a busy weekend.

The Crescent Cafe is the real star of going to the state museum. Wow! The food was great! The absolute best pimento cheese I've ever had in my life. I would pay some big money for that recipe. :) I wish I lived closer, I'd be a regular.

Friendly service and excellent food. The shrimp and grits were some of the best I've had. We'll definitely eat here again next time we're at the museum

Me and my girlfriend had a date night (or I guess day lol) to the museum, got hungry and figured we’ll take a look. It was actually really good. Grilled Cheese and nachos all the way
