Crespo's Fratellis Pizzeria

Ordered from here on 10/13 because my fiances friend kept telling us how amazing they were. The minute I walked in the atmosphere felt very blah, wasn’t even greeted. I let him know I came to pick up my order. We ordered Rice balls, chicken parm w/ linguine, and vodka rigatoni. The rice balls were tiny and BURNT, he had to squish them all up to try and make it even a tad bit edible. The chicken parm was super dry and they sent it with angel hair pasta instead of linguine. I called to let him know about the order, his reply was “oh do you want more sauce” like WHAT?? I spent $60 on my entire order and all you can say is do I want more sauce for my chicken parm. I let him know the Chicken parm order was completely wrong (wrong pasta) and he said “I can deliver more sauce and make new rice b

Im very disappointed! Usually the food is good. I ordered tonight 2 salads and 2 sides. My bill was over $60.00 and it was awful. What i ordered was not right. When I called to let them know, I got excuses. I asked for croutons on the side. They put in it the ceaser salad and they were mush. Instead of admitting their mistake, they told me it was the cooked chicken that made them mush.... um exactly why I asked for them on the side. I paid 12$ for a side of stuffed mushrroms... no! I litterly got 3 slices of mushroom covered in spinish... this is not stuffed portobellos... its 3 slices of mushrooms. I called to express my frustration and got excuses and hung up more frustrated. Esa Pizza Friday. Checked out Crespo's Fratellis in Levittown. I thought this was some good pizza. Dough sauce and cheese were standard fare. Nothing crazy noticeable but good flavors. Chicken was good. Nice seasoning and good breading. Bottom was lightly toasted. I like to see more crisp. Parm cheese wasn't noticeable. Overall I'd say 8.2. This place also has a chicken mango habenro pie. That sounds interesting...

FIRST CLASS FOOD & FIRST CLASS SERVICE!!! My brothers and I were starving when someone recommended this place and boy am I glad they did! We ordered pizza, wings, pasta and were served some especially delicious dessert! The ENTIRE staff was so friendly, I felt like I’ve been coming here for years. The food is so fresh and authentic, I was pleasantly surprised! I Will be coming back (From NYC) and recommending it to everyone I can.
