Crisp and Green

I’m not sure why I still buy anything from this location. For the past TWELVE times, my order has been wrong and apparently the staff has minimum to zero qualification to understand what we are asking. I’m so sick of this place and this is the last time that my family and I will buy anything from them. Asked for kiwi and they put banana on my açaí, which I could ignore if this didn’t happen every single time and if wasn’t allergic to bananas.

I’m really disappointed because I normally enjoy this location and visit often since I live just a few blocks away. On my most recent visit, I came in for an açaí bowl and the customer service was unexpectedly rude and dismissive. It was completely out of line with the friendly experiences I’ve had here before. In a time where kindness and basic respect matter so much in our community, this interaction left a bad impression and is the reason I won’t be returning for now. I honestly wish I should have turned around to bring my açaí bowl back for a full refund because of the service. Too upset to eat it, and don’t think they deserve my hard earned money. We had a great experience at the Apple Valley Crisp & Green. My wife has a tree nut allergy and Kissa, the manager made sure that my wife wouldn’t get any cross contamination. The food was served quick and was absolutely delicious. The service at this location was top notch! Well done!

I love crisp and green but I am not going to come back to this location if my bowl keeps looking like this. My bowl used to be full when I came and it was about $14 now you’re charging more and I get half a bowl full. This is ridiculous. In my opinion. please change this so I don’t have to go to a different location. This is not worth almost $16

What an experience, never have I thought to enjoy a place so interesting and unique than this, yes of course like any other store had there little fault but other than that it was amazing, and for me, I don’t eat much salads and such but combination of food and greens, grains, meat was impeccable. And the staff, amazing!! Well coordinated, well executed, and well managed. And the young manger from yesterdays evening shift was incredibly helpful, attentive, friendly, with and unbiased mindset, helping me out with choices I didn’t even know, explaining what goes with what and her charisma was amazing. Will come again, to try out new things!!!!!!!!!!!
