Crispy Bite House-煎饼屋

I stopped in on a Friday and was blown away by how fresh, flavorful, and perfectly crispy the jian bing was. The crepe was light and golden, the fillings were really generous, and the balance of savory sauces was spot on. You can really taste the quality and care in every bite. I especially like their staff! The staff was friendly, and made the whole experience even better. Whether you’re grabbing breakfast, a quick snack, or something comforting and satisfying, this place delivers every time. Highly recommend - one of the best jian bing spots I’ve ever tried in Seattle.

I really liked the crepe! There was so many fillings and a good portion of everything in it. One order was able to feed 3 people and we also got some Tea Eggs which reminded me of home. I would say if you need a quick and affordable bite as a college kid, this is the place to go.

Very tasty food here. I really like the red date soy milk here, it’s fresh made and warm; such a good choice during the winter days! I really recommend to give it a try!

Wow this was really good! I’ve never had anything like this before, but I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. The crepe is delicious and crispy but soft. The portions are very generous. 10/10 recommend. Only suggestions would be to have water available since it can take some time to get your order since it is made extremely fresh

Loved the crispy bites and the savory tofu soup. The spicy sauce was perfect. Next time, I’m going extra spicy!
