Crispy Cones - Haines City

Very cute spot! I understand the few low reviews to the place because of long waits and missing orders, but keep in mind they JUST recently opened shop! They might've been overwhelmed with the amount of people eagerly waiting. May require a few more training for sure (such as working together and making sure all orders come out close to identical when served). If they are shown a bit more hands on I'm sure they'll be GREAT! Overall this is definitely the place to go for a sweet tooth 😆 Welcome to Haines City!

The pictures show it looks delicious, but in reality, it took 45 minutes to deliver two ice creams. The place was packed, and only three people were working. The ice cream doesn’t offer different brands or types; it’s pure sugar, and you can’t even taste it. And the cone bread is so thick you eat it and it’s not enough for lunch. I didn’t think it was good.

We ordered the weekly special in the last photo. Here are the ingredients it was supposed to have: Nutella Sauce White Hazelnut Sauce Chocolate Sticks Strawberry Ice Cream White Hazelnut,Spread Strawberry Crème Cone Look at the difference in all three photos, and they’re supposed to all be the same. The place is cute, but nothing special. A one and done!

We’ve been waiting for Crispy Cones to open for months, and it was absolutely worth the wait! We were some of the first customers in line on opening day, and everything exceeded expectations. The cones were delicious, fresh, and unique, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and excited to be there. So glad to finally have this spot in Haines City definitely coming back!

I got to attend an early grand opening event and it was SO fun! This was my first time trying Crispy Cones and they were delicious. I got their weekly special- key lime pie, and the ice cream itself was perfectly flavored, not too tart, not too sweet. Paired with the graham cracker cone and cookie butter drizzle, it was the perfect treat. I’m so glad we have this in Haines City now!!
