Crown Chicken

I have supported this business for many years, purchasing for lunch, dinner & often buying several buckets of chicken to bring to potlucks. I recommended them to family, friends & colleagues. I recently went in and ordered three pieces of chicken (thighs only) which I have done before. The posted price is $5.50 but I was charged $7.50 with the guy saying "three thighs, mixed chicken $5.50". As I began to say, I've ordered this many times and was never charged more than the posted price, He dismissively turned away and said "next customer". I won't return nor will I recommend them to anyone else. I will certainly share about the poor customer service experience though.

Food? Slaps. No complaints when it comes to the chicken, crispy, juicy, and seasoned like grandma whispered secrets into the batter. Real talk, the cooks deserve a raise. Now the atmosphere? Different story. Pull up after dark and it feels like you’re stepping into a rap video without a camera crew. Young heads posted up front like it’s their business, sizing you up like you just walked into the wrong project building. Ain’t no “how can I help you?”…more like “what you lookin’ at?” I order online now. Not ‘cause I’m scared, but because I like my drumsticks without drama and my fries without feeling like I’m about to get lined up. Crown Fried Chicken got heat in the kitchen, but outside? Feels like you need a pitbull and a prayer.

Never ordering food !!they are always messing up my order and now I find a bug in my food I order chicken over rice and this is just straight nasty 🤢 It’s a BIG 0 star rating for me Definitely calling The Better Business Bureau on them

Food always good but often run out of food and you have to wait.

Want some chicken this is a place to come everything so damn yummy good
