I ordered delivery through the Crumbl app. The order was delivered to the wrong location by DoorDash, which Crumbl uses to fulfill delivery. Before delivery, I texted clear instructions to the driver. After the failed delivery, I immediately tried texting and calling multiple times. There was no response, and the calls disconnected. Crumbl Support told me that delivery and order issues are the responsibility of the store. When I contacted the store, they said they could not help because DoorDash handled the delivery and told me to contact Crumbl or DoorDash instead. DoorDash then confirmed they had no record of the order because it was placed through Crumbl’s app, not mine. Ultimately, the store refused to take responsibility for an order placed through its own app. I was not allowed to

All the staff are super friendly, and ordering is a breeze with the touchscreen system. The cookies are baked fresh, so you get them warm right out of the oven! Everything tasted amazing! So glad we finally have a Crumbl in the area!

Ordered a single milk chocolate chip. Was over cooked and hard. I threw half of it away as it just didn’t taste good.

It was amazing, the atmosphere was relaxing and it smelled of cookie dough. The service was fast and excellent.
