My order arrived and it was wrong. I called the store and they said “we can take your name and number and you can come in and get a free single”. I paid $40 for 6 cookies, which doesn’t seem like a difficult task to get correct. Though, I am just assuming so I could be wrong. I ordered delivery because their store is 20+ minutes away from me and my client who requested them are in the opposite direction. When someone request something specific (as my client did) it’s for a reason. This store offered no other solution to their mistake other than I would need to spend even more money, and time to drive across town to fix their mistake. This was my first and last experience with Crumbl.

The employee's were super nice and greeted me and made me feel welcomed, and ofc the cookies and desserts were amazing! Will definitely be coming back!

Everytime I want to send something to my daughter at school, I know it will get there. Service is great and easy to work with. Oh yeah, my daughter says she loves the cookies.

There’s a reason Crumbl has (almost) 5 stars with 2,000+ reviews. This was our first time here so we ordered four different cookies to sample and I’m so happy we did because all of them were fantastic. All the employees were nice and working so hard. I was really impressed with how quickly they turned our order, we didn’t have to wait long at all. Will definitely be back!
