Crumbl

Crumbl definitely knows how to make a great cookie. They’re always fresh, soft, and the rotating flavors keep things interesting. Every cookie I’ve tried has been delicious and clearly made with quality ingredients. That being said, the prices are pretty outrageous for cookies. They taste amazing, but it’s hard to justify the cost very often. It feels more like a special treat than a regular stop. Great product, just wish the pricing was a little more reasonable.

Ordered a dozen cookies this morning because my Grand Daughter wanted to try several. The shop appeared clean and the only wait was while the prepared the cookies. It's an automated system to order and checkout as well as leaving a tip. The cookies were packaged nicely in a box. Nd not stacked. They presented them to us and asked if they looked ok to us which was very nice. The cookies looked mouth wateringly great by the way. I was quite pleased. The boxes were heavy you could tell the cookies had substance to them by the weight. The photos that I'm presenting with this review could've been better but I was so eager to enjoy a good cookie that the photos were taken in hindsight. Very tasty and very nice presentation.

I absolutely love Crumbl and have been a customer for years. The cookies are fresh and amazing. There’s always a new flavor to try. I have a nut allergy and at all of the other Crumbl locations I’ve never had a problem, I read the ingredients etc. but at least 4 times I have had an allergic reaction at this particular location. They are always so busy sometimes with only one person working at night, cross contamination is bound to happen. If you have serious food allergies I would not risk it.

Moved to the location about 4 months ago and me and my kids have visited this Crumbl location at LEAST 10 times (maybe more!) and they have done great every time. They are always friendly and have never messed up our order. The cookies are always prepared great and taste amazing. It’s a small waiting area but it’s always super clean when I enter the store.

Cookies were amazing! However, I disliked the fact there was only one girl working tonight. Service was amazing, I ordered and received my order in under 5 minutes (cookies were fresh!) while there was a line awaiting on the young lady. I give my highest praises to the young lady that worked tonight, I can’t believe she was alone. She deserved better!
