Crème de la Scoops is an absolute gem in Hastings! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how beautiful and well-curated the shop is—it has such a charming, 'pretty' aesthetic that makes you want to stay a while. What truly set the experience apart, though, was the service. The lady working there was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. In a busy world, finding a place that feels this safe and inviting is rare. It’s more than just an ice cream shop; it’s a community space where you feel genuinely valued as a guest. If you're looking for delicious treats and a warm, peaceful environment, this is the place to be. I cannot recommend it enough!

Loved this place. We stopped in on way to Cottage Grove and it was a great detour. Talking with the staff, all small batch made it house. Which if I am going to eat ice cream that is what I aim for. The inside is cute and the ice cream was delicious. We were looking at what we wanted and my 12 and 9 year old was wanting all kinds of stuff so we had them share the nachos. The nacho is 3 large scoops of ice cream, my boys got carmel, butter scotch, whipped cream and shark gummy. They got 2 scoops of cookie dough, and pistachio as 3rd. After sampling nearly all the flavors that was what they decided on. They loved the smooth flavor profile of the ice cream with vanilla flavor. I absolutely loved the icecream there! We tried strawberry, pistachio and maple nut. The flavors were rich and balanced (not too sweet) and pistachio and maple nut were full of real pieces of nuts. I will definitely go back! Highly recommended.

I took the suggestion of a very nice and informative worker and for the first time in a very long time I tried the chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream and it was over the top. Amazing. Because they make their own ice cream. No other ice cream shop around even compares. If you want the best ice cream you've ever had, this is the place. I am so impressed with the place. I hope to go back soon.

Glad this ice cream shop was still open in November. Decorated and festive for holiday time! The server was friendly and explained how the scoop/cone system worked. Best Birthday Cake flavor ice cream ever!
