The restaurant was clean, had nice decor, and a fun vibe. It looks like this was a really good restaurant at some point. Our experience was pretty sad though. My family was seated right away and were the only diners in the restaurant. We waited close to 10 minutes before a young man brought a glass bottle of tap water, 4 cups, some chips, and salsa. Then 10 more minutes before a young lady came to get our drink order. Several minutes later, we had canned pop and queso. Our food came out pretty quickly even though the rest of the service was slow. Food was OK and expensive. The salsa looked odd but tasted fine. Queso was not very good. Nearly $70 for 3 drinks, 2 cheese quesadillas (kids couldn't find anything else they'd like on the menu), and one entree. This was our last night on vacation
This place has definitely gone down hill. We went for happy hour. We got drinks, chips and queso, and quesadillas. Service was slow despite that we were the only a there. The server was nice. However, when we got the bill, it already had a tip for the server 20% labeled as “service fees”. Ok fine but was like 40 bucks for a drink and quesadilla , - It’s not worth spending the money here.
I am coming to this place about once every 1-2 months. I have noticed severe decline in this place, but if its not going well, just close it!! Heres what got worse: I always get a frosen mango margarita, this time it was not Mango, although they tried to convince me it is. I had to return it and change it for a passion fruit one qhich was good. The chips and salsa- chips was good but the salsa, and not just this time, its always been looking and tasting BAD, like a vomit. Today salsa was brown?! Food: I ordered as always the three option combination meal- they had no chilli ralleno.... I ordered quesso- yess, you guessed right- they had no quesso. On the other side my food was good and delicious. To the management- please do somwthing ASAP!!
Please, save your money. I've passed this place often here in FC and we finally thought we'd give it a try. So, so disappointed. Chips and salsa.... The salsa is runny and more like a spiced tomato soup. Queso, was tasty but came out lukewarm, as if it had just been heated in a microwave. . Tacos.... Shrimp was way overcooked and rubbery, Al pastor was dry as bone and just awful. Order forgot we wanted one of those to be crispy shell, but both came out soft. Margaritas was completely watered down. Chicken quessadilla was just... Fine? No real flavor, not much chicken. Just a terrible experience.
Me and son ate here (new to area) last Sunday at 1 pm. Nobody there except us. (strike 1). The restaurant is nicely decorated but was hot as hell with no A/C and a couple fans going. Let me first say I am not a complainer or picky in general terms. Neither is my son. This was by far the worst food we ever had at a restaurant. We got the chips and salsa and just looked at each other like what the heck is wrong with it. Chips were stale. Salsa was horrible. Then got our food. Jesus Christ. He got Fajitas. I got taco salad. Taco salad was mostly full of just lettuce. It all was so bad I seriously thought we would get food poisoning. The food was so bland. Beans were worse than out of the can. Meat was so sketchy. (I got steak and his chicken was horrible). The bottle of wat
