Cuisine Creole

I’m a regular here, but what keeps me coming back is the legume and some of the breakfast options. Apart from that I must say that the customer service here is absolute TRASH. I’ve lost count of how many times the girls behind the counter were absolutely rude to myself including the other patrons waiting in line. Apart from their snarky attitudes, they move like a snails grandmother, for reasons which I believe they are doing it purposefully due to the fact that they just do not care. The lines are always long with zero regard to everyone else’s time and busy schedule.

The food here was really good, great spices, great flavour. Value for food seemed solid, $10 for some fried plantain, chicken, rice, and what I think was split pea soup lasted for 2 meals because of the portion sizes. "I think" was my choice of words because there was no menu that we could see, and the folks working there struggled to communicate in english, so we weren't really able to tell what we were ordering. I'd go back again, but these are easy issues to address to improve store quality!

If you’re looking for authentic Haitian food in Miami Gardens, Cuisine Creole is a must-visit. You can tell everything is made from scratch! The Labouyi Bannann (plantain porridge) is the ultimate comfort food. Also, don't miss their Soup Joumou on Sundays—it tastes just like home. Highly recommend!

I did a takeout. Everyone was pleasant. Although the place was crowded, service was swift. I will go there again. The food was excellent.

I know there must be a new cook! The food is really spicy. The customer service sucks. Need more people to speak English. I try to support periodically, never know what to expect. Sometimes it is good, many times bad. I waste soo much money, I end up throwing my food away! Things have to change.
