Culpeper County Health Department

I'm giving 2 starts because I really don't know how their receptionist has been there for years she's beyond rude and definitely should not be in charge of speaking to customers. I have 2 children and been through the health department with them both and I hadn't had a decent experience with her EVER. Everyone else is sweet and great customer service:)

Just spoke to the receptionist. She was amazing! SO nice and knowledgeable. I am so proud of our Culpeper Health Department peeps!

Don’t call a patient for an appointment to come in .. then when the day it’s schedule you guys finally tell them it’s an over the phone thing !! Do better with your employees , y’all sit in that office doing nothing !!!! Pathetic

Amazing how they target stores of small business minorities to shut down because of covid and yet chains like popeyes dont have to use gloves handeling food.

plenty of parking. staff are very helpful and knowledgeable
