Really interesting fast food restaurant you can find something for everyone fish, hamburgers and chicken.

We come here because you actually have people working at the counter. Out in the eating area and provide customer service. Do much better than a computer. We won't go to McDs anymore cuz they only let you talk to a computer monitor - no human contact! Ugh! But Culver's talks to us in person! Thanks so much!

They always keep the inside super clean! Staff is always super friendly, and food is very fresh and tasty! Best fast food! It's hard to categorize it as fast food because it's a step above the rest.

This is my first review. But I feel the service I got warrants it. I was at the Marshalltown, IA Culver's where I ordered a single butter burger with cheese and a small mixer in the drive thru. I was asked to pull ahead to wait for my order to be delivered. I waited 20 minutes while watching everyone ahead of me and those who ordered after me get their food. I asked three workers where my order was. "I'll check on it". The last time I asked, the worker said something about my order ticket not printing. I still had to wait an additional 10 minutes to get my meal. When it was delivered, no apology was offered. Just a lukewarm "have a good night" was said. And there weren't any napkins in my bag. I go to Culver’s all the time because I really enjoy the burgers. This last time I went my partner and I each got a burger basket. Well … we got home and had gone to Culver’s close to closing time, and saw that we only received ONE burger… and it was made incorrectly. I can’t begin to understand how half of an order is forgotten. And when we called they were closed. Now I have to waste my time driving back to get a refund for THEIR mistake. I’m a regular customer. This really sucks to be treated that way. I’m not going to come back if this is how I’m rewarded for being a regular. Not to mention we don’t all have money to just throw around on food we aren’t going to get…
