Culver’s

I went thru drive thru around 3pm after work. Not busy at the store. Order a Swiss butter burger double meal. I didnt want mushrooms, so #1 issue, they charged me 70cents to remove the mushrooms (not used to being charged extra from culvers) **apparently its culvers gives owners discretion to charge or not** , now i get to my room to eat after 20 min traffic and sit down to find MUSHROOMS on the burger. Very simple request, couldn't be followed even when they charge you extra to (remove) (not grab them from a pan). Lame. Burger was still good.

Normally I love Culver's but tonight my night was ruined by a very simple order. Went through the drive thru and all I ordered was a crispy chicken sandwich and it also said that on my receipt so I was confident I was biting into a normal chicken sandwich. It was actually a spicy chicken sandwich. Normally I dont care but I am pregnant and spicy does not mix well with my acid reflux. Now my mouth and my chest are on fire from one bite, I am cranky and still hungry.

Best burger and fries around. My friend introduced me while I was visiting Chicago for a wedding, and the Deluxe did not disappoint on any accounts. A scrumptious and dependable experience! Love all the dedication from the staff as well. Looking forward to trying some of the ice cream next time with maybe the roast beef.

Good food as always. Service is a little snow during rush hour but worth the wait. Sometimes there is lots of people just standing and waiting so little weird but all good! 👍 Enjoy

Very nice place! Had a very good cashier named Thomas who I engaged in a very excellent conversation about history. Very nice boy who aided in my spelling troubles as well! I hope to see Thomas in every visit to this fine establishment! Thank you Thomas!!
