Culver’s

The food at culvers is ALWAYS super good. The crew is always fun and bubbly. However when they are super busy, the manager should NOT be in the kitchen cooking. She should be expediting or up front running the shift. I sat there for 25 to 30 minutes while teenagers ran around trying their best to get orders expedited out. I purchased 2 small fries, 1 cheese sauce, a 2 scoop with extra butterfinger and a shake. After about 10 min i got my custard. No extra butterfinger. I didnt have the receipt so i thought maybe she didnt hear me. Went up and paid again for extra. Another 10 min i get a bag with 1 small fry and the cheese sauce. I then see that i did in fact already get charged for extra topping. So i paid for extra twice. All i needed was my 2nd small fry. 15 min went by and i asked for a

All their stuff is good except the custard. They are better than five guys because their fries are better and they have a healthier selection without sacrificing delicious food. Not important to the experience but the staff are chatty and it makes you feel at home. Just don’t get the custard. It tastes worse than ice cream.

Besides everything else being great the food was just half hazardously thrown together and generally I drive home to eat and it’s been always at least warm but today it was as about as warm as someone blowing hot air on it, on top of that it looked like someone took their anger out on my burgers top bun

Service was good. Newly remodeled dining area. Food portions have noticeably decreased in the past few weeks. Need to find somewhere else to get a decent burger for the price we are paying.

Ordered at 7:30, receipt says it was ready at 7:36. We sat in the curbside parking spot for almost an hour waiting. Decided to go in and let them know that we have been waiting for our food for 45 minutes. Multiple employees came out delivering to other customers as well as coming up to us with incorrect orders so they knew we were there waiting. By the time we went in our food was cold and shakes were melted. 0/10 experience.
