Culver’s

First time here & we were really happy that they have a vegetarian option! We ordered the veggie burgers with a concrete mixer, milkshake, fries, & onion rings. Everything was perfect!

FOOD-Burger pretty god, 4/5. Fries-Excellent. Custard taste pretty damn good, never tasted ANYTHING like it. 5/5. SERVICE-would actually rate 2.5: Food came quickly, despite it being lunchtime. BUT… 1. Burger didn’t come with tomato, which I paid 30¢ extra for. I know it’s only 30¢, but when you love tomato on your burger, it makes a diff. (Didn’t go complain because it was SO busy.) 2. Ordered the caramel pecan single ‘scoop’ custard with hot caramel topping. Got NOTHING like the picture, just a white amount of custard with a teeny-tiny HINT of sweetness, (might’ve been caramel, I don’t know) and ONE pecan on the very bottom. No hot caramel on top. I did this time ask and the person at the counter said ‘it was mixed in with the custard.’. Yeah, NO. It was still pretty good custard. The

Burger got burned, I brung food back inside to be remade and it still was wrong. The manager was very nice about getting it fixed but, the staff are not professional in how they handle food and I’ve visited a Culver’s before and never had all of the issues that this Culver’s provides. The burger was super salty that is wasn’t able to be edible so I threw it away but I do appreciate the manager for trying to get them to fix things an do the right thing far as food quality etc.

The customer was amazing along with the food. Takiemah was excellent she smiled and even though it was at the window she was very welcoming. To make the experience more memorable the owner herself Jana came to window to say hello with a smile. So yes stop by Culvers for great food and EXCELLENT service!!!💜

This was our first time eating at a Culvers and it was pretty good. The burgers were great and I'm always happy to find a fast food place that offers a mushroom swiss and burger. Our sides, fries and onion rings, were pretty mediocre. The highlight for us was the custard for sure. The Oreo cheesecake flavor of the day was delicious. Service at the counter was disconnected and borderline rude, but the table service guy made up for it by being especially helpful. The dining room also feels a step above most fast food places.
