Culver’s

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my first visit to this Culver’s in Buckeye. I went through the drive-thru and requested chicken tenders half and half—half buffalo (spicy) and half regular—but the order was made incorrectly. I also specifically asked for tartar sauce with my shrimp, but received cocktail sauce instead. On top of that, I mentioned completing the survey for a free custard, but they still charged me and didn’t include it in my order. Food did not taste fresh and it was not hot!!! The service felt disorganized and inattentive, which is not what I’ve experienced at other Culver’s locations. I usually go to the Estrella Parkway location, and they always get everything right—friendly service, accurate orders, and great food. I only stopped at this Buckeye location whi

Dang, I wish I rememberd the young man's name who helped us but he was working the register and all over the place helping his coworkers. I had a free meal and small custard mixer due to a previous misunderstanding which the manager took care of. So I came back and it's safe to say they regained me as a customer.. The worker gave us good service, recommendations, remembered my custard on the way out, brought ketchup and mustard when he saw the dispenser was out and was just on top of things for it being busy. Really enjoyable experience.

Some guy named Dusty helped me out. Maybe his name was Dustin. Not sure real. Great guy though. Food was really good. Service was great. I highly recommend checking this place out. If you come make sure to ask to ask for Dusty he kind of looks like Bobby Hill off of this show called King of the Hill. !!!

After completing their surveys twice with no response, and continuing to experience the same issues with food , both dine-in and drive-thru, I am now leaving a review here. This location used to be amazing with great quality of food, great service, and cleanliness. Now, the burgers come out like warm along with the fries. The lettuce is old and wilted, and they put such a tiny amount on the burger. I encourage young folks to work. but the kids at this location have had a major attitude change, and not for the better. We would take the burger back to the counter, but that would take another 25 minutes to get the re-fire. As for the cleanliness, we have had to clean our table and seats the last 3 times. Stopped here to grab dinner before a meeting. Service was quick, and the food was delicious. I ordered the double bacon burger, and it was great. It was cooked perfectly and was nice and juicy. Fries were fresh and crispy. Their buns are really good. Like a soft buttery bun. Overall, it's a great place to grab lunch or dinner. I definitely would come back again.
