Culver’s

This Culver’s has gone downhill. It used to be such a treat to get a hot fresh burger and now that we live closer and can visit more than once a year it’s just not a favorite any more. Today ordered a Culver’s double and the onions were OLD! The bun was stale with black speckles…. I spit out the single bite I took after I noticed the issue with the bun.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Culver’s Buford, specifically with the custard. I ordered two Concrete Mixers-one was extremely runny, basically melted soup, and the second one barely had any toppings at all. I had paid for an extra topping, and it was nowhere to be found.To make it worse, I went back and paid for an additional cup of topping, and the cup wasn’t even ¼ full. That’s ridiculous for something you’re charging extra for. The customer service was just as bad. Kaitlyn was working on custard and is supposedly a “shift leader” , but her rude attitude and talking-down behavior definitely didn’t reflect that role. Instead of being helpful or apologetic, she came off dismissive and unprofessional, like I was the problem for pointing out obvious issues. If she’s in a lead

I’ve really grown to love Culver’s, and this location has been great every time I’ve been here. I’ve visited a few times now and haven’t had a single issue. The food is always fresh, the cheeseburgers are consistently good, and the ice cream never disappoints. The staff is always friendly and respectful, which makes the experience even better. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

I don’t understand why you guys don’t ask to put your little order number hanger instead of just putting it down in the door handle, scratching the paint. What’s wrong with customer holding it ? Or placing on the side of the window.

We had a huge crowd and they were wonderful to let us rearrange a few tables. The food was good and the service was even better.
