Culver’s

This was my second visit to Culver's and it didn't disappoint! I still recommend this location who loves great food and service! Great food with excellent service! I entered the restaurant and was greeted promptly. The young man took my order in a friendly manner. I ordered the Mushroom and Swiss basket, which came with crinkle fries and a medium soft drink. He ensured that I knew that it only came with mushrooms and Swiss cheese, which was perfect for me. The dining room was clean and well organized. The drink tower area was clean and stocked as well. My order came out approximately 3 to 4 minutes after I ordered, which is awesome! My sandwich was hot, fresh, and well made. The French fries were hot and fresh as well. Love here for the most part, last 2 times, 2 messed up orders and this time…. Aye Yo where my bun at bruh💀😒

My kids only like culvers when we go out. I had never been to one. I was inspired. All of these restaurants have been exquisite in all the categories. We live in Genesee County. We've been to a few. This was the worst experience we have ever had. Missed half of our 3 person order, 2 of them being kids meals. Just lost all future business due to incompetency. I swore I went to a culvers and not McDonalds.

Huge shoutout to Lance! Very kind, and fun guy. Took our order, made great conversation, and our meals were great. It’s very rare to enjoy a sit down meal at a chain restaurant, but Lance was super kind- and while we are not in this area very often, I would drive out here again just for the friendly service! And the place was very tidy too. :)

2025-01-05 - 4.5 Stars Chili for dinner on a cold evening. 2024-09-25 - 4.5 Stars Food was delicious Staff for the most part awesome. Tables were all cleaned this evening. 2024-04-18 -4.5 Stars Staff is always awesome. Food was good Again some tables needed to be cleared and cleaned for the customers the eat in the dining area. 2024-01-29 - 4.5 Stars Excellent service and the food was delicious, chili was nice and hot. There were quite a few tables that needed cleaning. 2023-11-21 - 5 Stars Deluxe burger and fry’s were very good
