Payed $11 for a burger I have to assemble myself I guess, what is this mess, this is right out of the box and it was a 2 minutes drive. I know I didnt do this
My family and I were traveling home from Thanksgiving and stopped at the Coldwater MI location. The food was great as usual, but what really stood out was on our way out of the restaurant, my 4 year old daughter was telling me that she wanted a Scoopy stuffed animal toy. One of the employees heard her and caught up with us in the parking lot with a Scoopy for her. We were really touched that they not only heard what she was wanting, but acted generously. We love Culver's!
For fast food, the food is usually good here. I’ve never had a complaint before until tonight. Y’all are doing great with the workload, I did see y’all were busy, but please pay attention to detail. For the first time I was unable to eat the burger I ordered, I requested No Mayo and No Onion due to dietary restrictions and food allergy, this direction was not followed and the burger went to waste.
I usually get the chicken bacon Bleu salad with honey mustard dressing. It's always good and made with mixed greens. Sometimes the wait in the drive thru is too long so if I'm in a hurry I go inside or just go home.
