I ordered last night. Decent size order. Ordered online for pick up. Most everything was great….. however I ordered 1 family size onion ring and 1 family fry…. I got two family onion rings. That was a bummer… I also ordered a grilled chicken sandwich….. It was a top bun and chicken breast…. That’s it… no bottom bun no lettuce tomato or mayo…. It was busy but I mean a sandwich without anything on it or a bottom bun…. I will go back I’m sure but it might take me a bit…

The inconsistency with the cooks is insane. If the menu doesn’t change, it shouldn’t change how it taste tastes or looks when ordered Unless especially customized. Instead of getting the proper amount of bags, they’d rather stuff everything into the least amount of bags and risk smashing all of your food! The staff is more than not rude after 3pm. I have spent a decent amount of money here and it’s just crazy How is the service And product of the food changes extremely

My husband and I decided to dine in and try their famous butter burger and new chicken sandwich combo. Our food was made to order and was brought out to us. It was so hot and delicious!! The customer service was top tier!! We were greeted as we walked in and as we left. The dining area was very clean. We will definitely be coming back!! Great experience all around!!

Our bus group of 48 people had a fantastic experience here on Friday! They had us all fed in 45min. They were ready and waiting when we arrived. Friendly staff and amazing food!!

This might be the happiest group of employees I’ve ever seen anywhere, and it seems very sincere. Kyle is always a joy to be served by. The food is usually great, the rootbeer is a highlight, but the people are why we keep coming back.
