Culver’s

I went thru the drive thru. It was definitely not the same food as home - KC. I got a classic turtle sundae which included caramel sauce as well as a little hot fudge sauce. I hated the caramel sauce (personal choice) but didn't feel I had a choice. They were very busy so they were rushing everyone through. By the time I got to the window to pay, they had made it and it was already melting. I ate soupy sundae after my 3 minute drive home.

I get to the drive thru and I can barely hear the girl talking. And it’s like she’s in a hurry, Rushing me. Then I get to the window and 3 employees are huddled up cussing about a customer that came thru the drive thru. Not a great experience for a 1st time customer who’s never been to a Culver’s before. 1st and Last time for me. When do you have a rating of 3.8 that tells you something bad customer service. I’ll never return bro. Come on come on. and instead of getting the order handed to me, I get it thrown at me wasn’t happy I won’t return that’s why I left the review I leave that’s why the restaurants in this town like Burger King McDonald’s Taco Bell I’ll have 3.4 3.5 3.6 reviews because the way they treat people that ain’t the customers.

place is clean, servers are attentive. I found the food lacking flavor. The cheese curds were very fried and truly hard to tell from any other food based on tasting them. Everything is fried, very fried. The burguer tasted like fast food burguer from any other chain. The price for a deluxe is about $5.80, and the same thing with another patty os $3 more dollars. how much is a single patty then? in any case, not returning any time soon here. update: change my rating from 2 to 4 stars. Truth is that me not liking this food is a matter of personal preference.

This is a nice place. It took me a year to finally give it a try and glad I did. Already made a second trip. FYI: keep a look out for the unofficial mascot rooster roaming the property, he looks like a boss!

We really appreciate the crew working the night we stopped by. It was about 10min before closing at midnight. Our flight got into FL late and there wasn't much food options to choose from. Any Culvers has always delivered hot food and quality. Much better then other fast food. Ordering food anywhere 10min before closing is usually risky but not this time. It was another positive experience at Culvers.
