I have to give a huge shoutout to Kendrick, the manager at this Culver’s! His customer service was top-notch — friendly, upbeat, and genuinely caring. You don’t see that kind of energy or professionalism much these days, especially at a fast food place. My food was fresh and tasty, and the onion rings were perfect! Great prices too. Hands down, the best customer service experience I’ve had in years. Keep it up, Kendrick and team! 👏🍔🍟 Ohhhh and the chocolate ice cream was great!

Ive been coming to this place for years since it opened and the food is normally great. Tuesday 9:38pm I ordered the cod fillet sandwhich and it was so deepely fried that the fish batter was rock solid + cold. I wouldnt even feed this to my dog. The review an hour before mine also complained about the food quality. Not sure if the issue is related to this particular Tuesday night shift or what. I will try again since, as i mentioned, the food is normally good.

Wonderful! Despite the crowd inside and out, my food was delish and freshly made. No pre-made sandwiches. The dining room was clean, and my order took about 15 minutes. I'd wait 15 minutes anytime if it means the food will come out hot and fresh. I had the deluxe double with bacon with cheese curds and a side of jalapeño cheese curds.

One of my favorite smash burger restaurants. Always clean. Employees always nice and courteous. My favorite ice cream there is salted caramel and cashews.

Tasty burgers , free refills , good customer service, plenty of seats to enjoy your meal. I tried their deluxe burger and it was pretty good. Burger was juicy and crinkle fries were overflowing out of the bag they came in. Will return soon.
