Culver’s

Completely screwed up our order. We got our concrete mixers that were more like slush than concrete... 0 food for my wife and I. My wife's son got his food. $89.00 charged and we didn't get what we ordered... feel bad for the door dasher who has to deal with incompetent people on the daily.. we were refunded. But thankfully the dasher got the tip. Shame on us for ordering Culvers.. never again. Do better!

One of the worst meals my husband and I have had here. We live out of town or I would have driven back in with this meal. The burger was slopped together and a mess. Looked like it was just thrown into the box. It was a double cheeseburger deluxe. Ordered onion rings to go with the basket for an upcharge, which isn't a problem because generally they are very good. The onion rings were grease soaked and all clumped together. You couldn't even seperate or pull them apart. You had to eat them by taking a bite of the clump. The chicken noodle soup was only 1/2 to barely a 2/3 portion, although that was the best part of this meal today. We like Culvers, so we were very disappointed that the food was so sub part this time.

Here’s an idea. If you cannot sell ice cream after 10pm that’s the correct consistency of ice cream, THEN DON’T SELL ICE CREAM AFTER 10pm. Every time I went here I got what looked like a cup of diarrhea. Never again.

Good we got was super good. I love the raspberries at Culver’s but this location always disappoints me when it comes to extra raspberries. Everytime I pay extra for more raspberries, there’s either barely any (like pictured) or way too much of the syrup. It’s really frustrating. Otherwise, service and the rest of the food was good.

We attempted to eat at this Culver’s when it was really busy. There was no parking available so we parked in a spot designated for pickup orders with several spots open. The drive thru cashier said we can’t park there and we explained there were no parking spots available. She said that it doesn’t matter we have to leave. So we left. Bad choice Culver’s choosing to leave open parking spots and tell paying customers to leave. Cashier was pretty rude about it.
