Culver’s

I have stopped at this place many times, and always enjoyed the food and service consistently. Unfortunately not sure what was going on last night at the drive through, I ordered a one scoop Frozen Custard with m&m. This is what I got (the picture doesn’t need explanation), I couldn’t believe they decided to hand out this to me like it was no big deal. I asked the employee who brought it to my car if that was my order, and he looked at me like I was asking a stupid question. He turns around without responding and runs back inside. I just wanted to check because that clearly isn’t worth $3.99 or is a scoop of frozen custard. That was melted ice cream, not even a scoop, with 6 m&m on top. I checked the rest of my order, no napkins, utensils or receipt inside the bag. I was in a rush to work

Counter staff was nice, inexperienced but nice. Can't fault a restaurant for having new help, but you can fault them for their food quality. Kinda ticked about the quality and presentation of the food. I just hope that management fixes this for the next customer who orders the pot roast. But know that I won't be ordering it again.

This was a good location coming back from the Port. All of the employees were extremely nice and despite how busy it was the food came out within 5 minutes which was impressive. It’s honestly a good value and no complaints. Forgot to take a pic of the food because we were hungry but build your own butterburger was good, the cheese curds were great as was the grilled chicken sandwich.

I love this Culvers. I come here all the time. The customer service is amazing, food is delicious and always made fresh, with atmosphere being clean and welcoming.
