Culver’s

We've been going here for years for the walleye dinners during lent. In the past the walleye had a very light, faint fishy taste. It was excellent tasting. Last week on Friday the walleye had a very very strong fishy taste. We thought we would give it one more chance. This Friday not only did walleye that strong fishy taste, the breading on the fish was over a half inch thick and full of grease. It was disgusting. I think I threw away about a pound of breading. The breading on the fish used to be very light and great tasting. I don't know what happened to their walleye but we are done with it. I really hope they can fix this problem but for now we will go somewhere else for Friday fish fry.

This location is ridiculous. They cannot seem to get any order correct. The charged us for large fries… didn’t get them. They charged us for gluten free bun, didn’t get it. We ordered a plain chicken sandwich and for whatever reason it came with a tomatoes and mayonnaise. What the actual heck. What a joke. Maybe hire people that care about providing the service that people pay for.

Culver's always the best I've been to this location a few times. My experiences so far have been great. The restaurant is always clean and welcoming. The staff are always friendly and hospitable. The food taste and looks great. The prices are fair and quality of the food is solid. I recommend everyone coming here. ***If anyone likes my honest reviews, then please like my post and follow my google account***

2026-Jan-5 -- A note for new users: Drinks/Desserts are not placed in the bags like McDonalds does. I learned this during my stay. After placing my order, Mustafa returned with two large bags. He asked if everything on the receipt looked correct, handed me the two large bags, I handed him the number card, and then I left on my merry way. The receipt was correct, but they forgot to give me the three concrete ice creams, as none of them were in the bags. I drove back and Sarah had informed me they had thrown the concrete in the trash and new ones had to be made. Aside from this issue, the building looked nice and clean while I waited. Ambience wasn't loud. The food was fine. Parking was easy to find. Overall, a nice looking location.

I like to review fairly, but it's tough to give this Culver's less than 5 stars. The menu is robust, the food is good, and the staff is friendly (that's a big one for me). Their custard beats any other fast food ice cream by a mile and I would encourage folks to try some of their other menu items, like the fried shrimp. Round it all out with great side selections, kids meals, and fair prices and you've got a no brainer. They can get very busy at dinner so I recommend ordering ahead via their app whether you plan to take out or dinner in.
