Every time I come to this establishment, I am greeted with friendly smiles. The restaurant is kept clean. And my absolute favorite part, the food is absolutely delicious. From the cheeseburgers to the root beer floats. Highly recommend! It’s the full package.

27 minutes for a burger and a concrete. Trainee at the register was the best part of my visit. She was kind, apologetic and thoughtful. Medium concrete had 5 maybe 6 bites of mix in - if I wanted a cup of custard I would have ordered one. Then we have my double bacon. Ordered without lettuce and tomato and onion. Check out the pic. Single not double with you guessed it lettuce tomato and onion. There is no excuse for such crappy service and food.

The meal is amazing delicious. The counter work teach me how to use the coupon. She was so patient and very friendly. These are my favorite burgers in my US trip. How wonderful memory~

I ordered for take out and it was so busy. The line inside almost wrapped around. I had asked for ketchup packets for my order. One of the girls behind the counter ran over to me to give me some because she didn’t want them to forget it since it was so busy. She even got me a little bag for them. It was so kind especially with everything that was going on.

Kierstin was amazing. She is such a sweetheart. I was having a shitty day and she just made it better. Some people were meant to be in customer service and she’s one of them. ❤️
