Culver’s

We’ve always been a Culver’s family and love everything about it. Since moving from MO in late August, this location has unfortunately never gotten our order right… not once! We’ve tried different days and times, but the experience has been consistently disappointing. Tonight was the last straw. We placed an order through the drive through (we’re about 15 minutes away) and as usual, checked everything before leaving. Once we arrived home and opened our meal.. the fries were completely unacceptable. No crinkle fries, full on greasy, and honestly looked like they were picked up in a trash bag. We did not eat them. On top of that, every visit (including tonight) they’ve been out of apple juice for the kids, which is always a bummer since it’s a rare treat for them. Culver’s back home was alwa

12/11/25 Stopped in for a early lunch, nobody in line so I placed my order and in about 10,15 minutes later my order was ready. This is another good experience at a Culver's. Everything was just as i expected.

I just moved to Georgia from the Midwest and was excited to see a Culver’s here. After two times being here, I decided I will be going to a different location. The employees and this location need some improvement. The service at the drive through isn’t thorough, I’ve ordered a combo and not been asked follow up questions like what’s the side etc. made it a confusing process. I had to repeat back my order and my name multiple times I didn’t even feel like the person working was really listening. I am totally ok with waiting for food at Culver’s sometimes it used to happen at the one I used to go to, but I have waited way too long both times I’ve been here. Last time I went to pull up to wait they were not clear where to pull up to and it was crowded with others waiting as well. That also w

We stopped here both on the way to Florida and on the way back. I grew up with Culvers in WI and this was the most disappointing experience. On the way down we went in, ordered and when we finally got our food, my wife checked the bag and realized they had forgotten one of the burgers so we turned around and got it. In the way BACK from FL we stopped here again and got more food. However this time they forgot our chicken strips and it wasn't even busy this time. The malt I got didn't taste that great either. We're not sure what's wrong with this location.
