Culver’s

We are so excited to go to Culver's for lunch 2 days ago. We ordered the cod sandwich and mushroom Swiss burger. The cod sandwich did not have a tomato and it had dirty lettuce in the sandwich. It was very, very messy. The mushroom Swiss burger was a complete mess and wasn't even put together properly. They didn't even take the time to put the buns on evenly and we ate there and evidently they even wrapped it in paper wrapper to make more edible instead of putting it in a for here container. Every worker there had very very cold faces and none of them smiled until the last girl at the counter when I went up to get a bag for my cheese curds. I even remarked to her that she was the only employee there out of at least 20 employees that smiled. Unfortunately I was so looking forward to eatin

We had our first experience here tonight. Ordered some concrete. Deliciously mixed ice cream with different toppings. We will have to come back and try some food. Everything looked delicious. Are ice cream was presented perfectly and tasted great.

Ordered curdside. Got there at the time that our order was supposed to be done. Waited another 15 minutes. Was the only 1 parked. Concrete mixer was completely melted. They forgot to put the sundae in the bag so I went in. That was melted as well. Would suggest they put these in freezer until they are ready to bring the order out. Usually dont have this issue, not sure what was going on this day.

You have a great up and coming employees, in the young man named Evan that we met last night. He lives up to the standard at culvers, and went beyond. Managers on shift last night also were efficient in the handling of the business while being very busy. Great job, and great food thank you guys!!

We were at Culver’s around 8 last evening, July 3. I asked for flavor of the day, crazy for cookie dough, in a cone. I was very disappointed with what I was handed.(See pic below, that is how it looked when it was handed to me. I had not eaten any out of that.) I understand that things will not always look like the advertising pictures, but this was not how it had looked when I had it another time. The custard was so melted they obviously couldn’t put much in, or it would have overflowed. I was not happy to have paid $5.49 for this. I stepped up and asked this is how it should look, and they said “Yes, it’s a little melted because it’s the end of the evening.” I did not want to make a fuss, but I just did not think it should be this way.
