Culver’s

I have to shout out the employee GIOVANNI! He was phenomenal and made my experience amazing. Very informative helpful and friendly. This is my first time ordering because my friend wanted a burger. I ended up getting a spicy chicken club with a side of chicken soup. A deluxe with bacon added and fries. The menu was easy to read and I like the drive-thru setup. Food smelt great before I even got it. I have to mention all the staff gave great customer service. After eating my meal I am highly satisfied and recommend this over any fast food place. 10/10

12/12 Update: Sent my niece to pickup food, had her choose curbside just to see if maybe it could’ve possibly been them not liking me and recognizing my name, maybe that was why they messed up every single time. She put it under her name and this time -missing bacon on burger -missing drink -missing toppings on ice cream (gave it plain) -missing cheese sauce -missing dipping sauce … She let the employee know (who she said was very kind, and i do believe that 100%. I can and will NEVER complain about their customer service) so he ran back in to grab what she noticed, but when she opened the bag she noticed the missing sauces so she went in. Didn’t notice the missing bacon til she got home. It truly is so disappointing knowing that the restaurant closest to our house with exceptional custome

Zain - great job; thank you for your kindness and keep doing what you’re doing! Culver’s always has great customer service and a happy team, always willing to answer my many questions. And Zain was no exception. He helped me through all of my confusion and made sure to get team lead approval before fulfilling my special order changes. He is respectful to both leadership and customers and brings such a great attitude. He was super busy but still took so much time to help me and make sure my order was perfect. Thank you Culver’s and thank you Zain!!

I usually enjoy Culver’s, but this time I got a smaller than usual patty that even looked partially bitten off, and a bun that was only partially toasted as you can see in the photo. It’s as if the burger was rushed when making it.

Good, fresh burgers and great service. Love their cheese curds as well.
