So sad my mozzarella curds came out still frozen. I know fast food restaurants work on service times but I'd rather you guys take the L for an extra minute for me being served and have edible food. And honestly in a day where you can go and eat anywhere else I will never go back to this location because now all I'll remember is frozen mozzarella curds, and my wasted $5.49. No cheese pull, no bueno

How do get the nerve to place a few pretzels THREE TIMES SMALLER IN SIZE as the rest and count them individually?!!!! The amount of money they charge, it’s a disgusting way to treat a customer!! They even have the audacity to charge for something like RANCH!!!! If you’re going to be that stingy and greedy, expect people call you out on it and never return!!!!!! The burgers I bought were also COLD.

The food is very good, and the portions are large. The wraps are grilled on the outside which gives them the perfect crisp. Wasn’t able to try the wings since we were too full, but we did try the Baklava, and it was some of the best I’ve had.

Everything was fine until I got back to the workplace I’m working at and just noticed they completely forgot my fries that’s saying that I was waiting for a while in the drive thru other people were getting their food before me and when it’s my time to get my food they don’t complete the order correctly extremely disappointed

The service was lousy the mangers on duty do not know to treat people when they screw up an order and then was rude and threw my money back at me and refuse to sell me a cup of custard because I asked to compensate me for messing up my order. They said they don't do that only give the customer what they paid. Keep in mind that I loved culvert because I go to them 2 - 3 times every week. And this picture day I spend over 30 dollars and then they did not think that should give a customer a free custard. Young people today dont know that giving a customer a free custard will at least kinda appolize for them make the mistake to start with because if had not forgotten to make sure that my order was completed I would not had to come back.
