Customer Reviews
The cashier was not familiar with items on the menu she continuedto ask cooks behind her for information, and she still was nit able to answer my questions; she did not speak or comprehend English well. It was extremely difficult and frustrating placing my order. Service is slow, someone is always emptying trash, spoiling my appetite. I rarely go this location in St. Paul, Minnesota, because I always have a tainted experience.
Culvers is almost always my go to place for fast food. In my opinion it is more of a restaurant then fast food. Lots of selections and food is made to order not pre cooked sitting under the warmer for you.
There seems to be a systemic injustice of forgetting CusTARD toppings. 🙏🏻 Sorry just calling it the way I see it. When employees were made aware of this shorthand, they quickly made it right and paid me back twice my retributions in m&M's. Sometimes you get an entertaining show if you people watch out the windows and eat in the dining areas. You need to get a code for the bathroom if you gotta go, so get it while you order is my suggestion. Grateful for this American treasure of a restaurant, God bless Culver's on university ave.
The only complaint is and this is for every Culver's that I've been in when you order a shrimp dinner you get a dinner roll and it is cold and hard and the butter is in the refrigerator so you can't spread the butter on the bread come out with a softer bun.
I think the workers ate some of my concrete mixer. I paid $6 for a half eaten one. This is not a happy place. Atmosphere is good though, valentine decorations are up. Almost makes up for my half eaten mixer. Also, don't make the mistake of going to the front door like I did. ALWAYS use the back.
