Culver’s

Culver's is always my go to for delicious burgers. Actually, everything on the menu is delicious, except the salads. I haven't tried them, yet. I'm sure they are great too. Honestly, I'm not going there for a salad. I'm addicted to cheeseburgers. 😉 Culver's is the best in fast food burgers! 🍔 😋 Also, the price per person I chose on this review is probably not the norm for most people. When it comes to Culver's, I can't help myself from indulging in my favorite food.

This Culver’s needs attention. The tables, floors and counters are dirty. We had to walk around to find a table that isn’t too messy, but ended up asking for a cloth to clean a table. The gal wiped down our table, leaving it wet and bypassed all the tables around us that were also filthy. I have pictures to back this up! The service was slow. 18 minutes for 2 kids meals. We watched the guy taking the meals out to the drive-thru vehicles… He walked so slow… no urgency. Saw one driver have to get out of his truck to correct the order. I’ve been to such better Culver’s. Please do better at this one. On a positive note… there was one young man who was almost running to get meals out to people. He was doing an awesome job.

Today we had our order taken and had a poor experience. We come to this location often for food, and the woman who took our order left us really upset. We came in the drive through and the woman taking our order asks us for our name right away. As i am telling her the name, she interrupts me asking me for the name a second time. She continues to interrupt us multiple times and we felt very rushed throughout our conversation. Later we are talking in the car about what in the world happened because this is an experience that has never happened here before and we decide to tell the person who brings our order out about our poor experience. This restaurant seems to be going backwards again. We’ve been there three times in the last month, Three times ago I had to go up and get my own food and it was sitting on the counter and they even made comments that needs to go well it’s probably dead food. It’s been sitting there for a bit. Then I had to go up Again because they were waiting on fries and I had to go up the third time because they didn’t bring me the fries and all in total it took us over 45 minutes to get our entire order. The second time it was a very long wait time also not really busy, but not really slow. Than the third time all we got was two ice cream creams and one kids meal 35 minute wait. And there was not too busy. More or less three of the same experiences and less than a month, we would rather drive to Rothch

Marshall's customer service skills were excellent. We actually haven't had that great of service from anywhere in a LONG time. Give Marshall a raise please. Thank you!
