Cup n' Spoon Coffee & Frozen Yogurt Bar

I’m honestly very disappointed with our experience at Cup and Spoon Coffee and Frozen Bar. Before making the 30-minute drive, I checked their website to confirm closing time. It clearly stated they were open until 9:00 PM. My wife and I arrived well before that time, only to find the doors locked. Another group of customers who had also shown up said they were told the staff would “be back in about 45 minutes.” Excuse me? Is this acceptable business practice? We drove an hour round trip based on the hours they published. That’s an hour of our day completely wasted. Where are the managers? Who is responsible for making sure the store is covered? This was first time going. It was so yummy. On Fridays they have cups you can choose from for $4-$10. Other times the price goes by the weight of the frozen yogurt you choose. I went on Friday and boy did I have a really good yogurt cup.

I stopped by here about a week ago. I enjoyed my coffee and smoothie. The owner was the nicest woman and a great conversationalist. I’ll come back whenever I’m in Morgantown.

This used to be a great place. We loved it, now cleanliness is terrible. The staff had a kid with them and the kid was going to the bar and taking gummies with their bare hands off the bar and then eating them and leaving them on the couch, and then going back for more gummies. A staff worker was in the bathroom and opened the door, while still in the bathroom, and hollered for another employee to help up front.

The latter I got was wonderful. She was alone there and it was busy. She worked quickly, and was very friendly getting our orders out to us.
