Cupbop - Korean BBQ in a Cup

The food at cupbop is typically good. The service is awful though. The kids working are not the nicest and it kinda ruins your experience:(. We got a 7.5 spice level and there was still barely anyway sauce which was also disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

This location always has the best tasting food. Been coming here for lunch instead of other locations lately. Wait was a little long this afternoon, the young girl with a braid on the food line was the only one who seemed to be moving quickly through the orders haha. It can get overwhelming with a lot of customers, I understand! Give her a shout out for working quickly for those of us on our lunch breaks! Service was good regardless. Love this location!💙 They always go above and beyond and make my bowl extra sloppy.

We absolutely love the food here. The first time we ate here the service was great. Today however, the kids working here were not interested in customer service or getting orders correct. I ordered two of the same meal - two different heat levels. I received one order with cabbage and one without. There was no label indicating which heat level was which meal and after tasting both, they tasted exactly the same. And one meal did not receive the sauces, which I love. I will look for a different location next time. I do not recommend this one in West Valley.

The food is ok for the price- I have to say the beef is marinated pretty well! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Check it out if you haven't.

The employee named Alex just made my day. He sat and patiently waited and even helped me count my money when I could only bring in coins. He also cracked a joke or two and made everybody in line laugh and made me feel I wasn't being a disturbance. We counted out my coins and the paid the due amount after nearly 5 minutes and gave me a warm smile and helped me with my food as well. Absolutely great experience.
