Cups N' Cones

If you’re looking for sumptuous sweets, this is the place to go! The hot chocolate is incredibly rich, and the waffle pops are fresh off the iron. The staff are full of energy and a genuine delight! (They even dressed up as The Lorax for Halloween.) Lots of fun. Dog friendly. Do recommend.

This is a nice locally-owned ice cream shop super close to the train station and in walking distance of a lot of shops. They’ve got sorbet, some interesting ice cream flavors, toppings, frozen yogurt, and a ton of other items. We got a cup and a cone and had quick and friendly service. The waffle cone didn’t seem homemade, but it was still tasty. Recommend for a cold treat on a hot day.

I was at Cups and Cones with my son when a man walked in, asked for a spoon, and then walked over to the self-serve frozen yogurt machines. He proceeded to go down the line tasting each flavor directly from the machines, putting his spoon under every spout and then licking it. This left strings of frozen yogurt with his saliva hanging from multiple machines. I immediately told the girl at the register that this was extremely unsanitary. Her response was to use wet wipes on some of the machines, which does nothing to address bacteria or contamination. There was no visible effort to discard the affected product or properly sanitize the area. After seeing this, I will not be returning and do not feel comfortable letting my family eat frozen yogurt from here. Other customers should be aware

We love this local ice cream shop, and it made a perfect venue for a kid’s birthday party! Anna was lovely and so easy to work with, kids and parents alike loved the setting, and all-you-can-eat ice cream to finish the party was a true cherry on top. The space was pristine upon our arrival, and the staff kept it that way through the entire party, even with dozens of toddlers running around. I highly recommend hosting your next event at Cups N Cones!

I entered the store with my son and he was mind blown with all the different flavors that they had to offer. Management was really sweet towards my kid and made him smile and laugh for the entire duration of our visit. The whole store is super clean and professional. I thank the manager on duty that gave my kid a wonderful time. I'll definitely come back again with my son. Thank you for making my kid super happy. Will definitely come again. :)
