Curious Grounds

Absolutely beautiful little shop. Had a dirty chai with oat milk and it was great. Owner is so sweet and friendly! Cute decor, great selection of used books and delicious coffee. Even has local authors and bookish gifts.

So we went out of our way to check the place out thanks to all the five star reviews. We always order a cappuccino to test the coffee and unfortunately it was quite bitter and far too milky to coffee ratio. So yes, as a coffee snoot, it doesn't get good reviews. I bet if you got a sugared up coffee or tea they'd do right by you but not a five star coffee for folks like us. Great spooky nerdy vibes though. I can see if you weren't going to coffee how this would absolutely be a stunning, inclusive hang out and event space. Edited: love the owner's response. We actually always order a cortado if it's offered, but as she said, not on the menu so we assumed this wasn't a place that didn't know what it was and I'm not the type to "test" folks on coffee orders. :) We will 100% give it another

Wonderful atmosphere! I tried an iced Moroccan Mint tea that was so refreshing! Lots of merchandise to shop for as well as books from local authors! The music fit the ambiance perfectly. Wonderful little shop!

A bookstore to die for🐦‍⬛📚🔮☕️ Find new and thrifted mystery books, a private space themed room with children’s books, delicious coffee, loose tea, fresh baked goods, fun merch and even tarot readings in the back. This would be a fun place to host a book club, catch up with friends, or work from “home.” This place is giving my friends in Florida serious fomo. Will be back soon!

The owners are lovely and their coffee/pastries are delicious. They have used books and the selection rotares out often. Also, they've perfected the vibe - absolutely worth going whenever especially if they're having an event!
