I was at this location this morning Nov.14th to obtain a birth certificate. The security officer greets you as enter the front door she was very courteous and professional and extremely helpful. The staff there was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable to assist me with what I needed. This location was clean and the service was fast. Excellent customer experience. Thank you
