Daily Grind Espresso

Got a peppermint mocha from them and a white coffee, both coffees were not good. Went back in to have my coffee remade and they charged me an extra $5.25 for just adding things to the previous drink when I asked them to remake it. One lady was really nice, the rest of them were extremely rude and treated you like human garbage. I don’t appreciate the level of customer service I was provided. I felt more like a burden than a human. Will not be coming back 💯

The baristas at this coffee shop are consistently kind and hardworking. Unfortunately, the owner’s conduct during my visit was unprofessional and overshadowed the positive efforts of her staff. I ordered a coffee and a chorizo breakfast burrito with both sides. The new barista who helped me accidentally charged me for a the wrong burrito instead. She apologized for the mix-up and asked me to wait while she corrected the order, and I appreciated how she handled it. However, when the owner came out to address the situation, her response was unnecessarily aggressive and dismissive. Owner is completely rude and unprofessional. its over priced and closed on weekends. Honestly there's several coffee shops in pullman its easier just to go to another one. She chargre me for a burrito and it was the wrong one when i got it and instead of makeing the right one she wanted to charge for both and through a fit about haveing to refund me..

Everything is kinda just ok. Coffee is ok. I usually get a bagel, and for some reason they think it's a good idea to put the napkin in the bag with the bagel. So, I always have a greasy napkin. People change with the college seasons. One person didn't like that I paid in cash one day, or so I assume because when they handed me back my change, coins fell out of her hand (she poured them in my hand, instead of making sure I could capture them), and most of them slid out of my hand onto the ground, and she just walked away. Sure it was like 23 cents, but it was the attitude about it. Think I'm done going there.

I’m really disappointed. Been going to daily grind for over 15 years. Bought 3 kids cocoas and a drip coffee. Their sign states that 12oz hot cocoa is 2.85. When I got the bill it was over $16. I questioned them about it since the math wasn’t adding up. Apparently “their prices change all the time” and a 12oz hot cocoa is $4. The manager was irritated that we were questioning and dismissed us like it was our problem. Pricing should match the sign and not be false advertising. Fool me once….. it’s not really about the difference in $5 but there was no customer service or acknowledgment that they were in the wrong. Felt like a commodity and not a human.
