Dairy Queen

The food was ok, but the service was terrible. I could not tell what her problem was, but the woman had an attitude and acted like I was inconveniencing her by ordering food. She talked down to my eleven year old as if she were stupid, because she asked how large the chicken strips are. Very disappointed in this establishment. Next time we're in the area, we'll go somewhere else.

So went through the drive through and made a specific request for the toast to be in my 3pc chicken basket with gravy. I was told I had to order the 4pc, obliged and instead ordered the 4pc. Got the food parked and thought nothing of anything cause I could tell the food was hot and fresh. Opened my box and the toast looked normal on top. When I pulled it out it was burnt on the other side. I would’ve waited patiently for un-burnt toast all they needed to do was tell me they burnt it and are making fresh. Don’t give people burnt food especially when they are making specific request for a certain side to accompany their order. Sloppy and unprofessional. Ice cream is always half melted when they give it to you. Ice cream all over spoon and cup and never offer napkins. *I decided to give you one more chance. I placed my order in the drive thru, pulled around and waited. There were 3 employees working that I could see. The first girl was playing on her phone and then went into the back. The second also went to the back. The third employee went outside with his vape and phone. I continued to wait.... sat there for several minutes until finally the gentleman came back in carrying his vape and phone. Went straight to make my order without washing his hands. That's where I draw the line. I will definitely not be back. I have worked in food service and unsafe and unclean practices like these are unacceptable. Never onc

Dirty! From top to bottom, this place is dirty. The seating area and behind the counter, both. Very unappetizing. No one was bothering to straighten up and they were NOT busy. The workers move around like they have all day. They gave my husband a horrid dipped cone that had hardly any ice cream. The dipping chocolate wasn't being kept warm or something, as it barely covered the ice cream (see picture). The manager and staff need to be fired and they need to clean that place and start over! The workers handled everything, EVERYTHING, bare-handed and I doubt they were keeping those hands clean.

Was very good, me and my grandma got a banana split. The server was nice and friendly, even though they didn't have strawberry icecream it was still very good.
